Refund policy
We are happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty or if you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 30 Days of receipt of goods.
To return an item to us, please package the products carefully, include the delivery note and a note telling us why you are returning the goods. Pay the postage costs, (we would advise you get free proof of posting at your Post Office for this). We will then refund your postage costs if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or if the goods were faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange the items for other products if you prefer.
